Mom and Dad were married in this beautiful park. The land around the park overlooks the Upper Landing of the Mississippi River. Some of the homes in the area are as old as 1850. Thanks "F" family for the fabulous new location!

I got the camera out, he ran. Tried to distract him, he still knew it was there. Ran some more. I will eventually win! I went easy on him since it was his birthday. The rest of his family was nice enough not to run. Am I that scary?!

{long overdue}

I had really good intentions to get this post done before I left on vacation! You know how that is? Here are cousins "G" and "L". It seems like I just photographed baby "G" as a brand new baby. Where does the time go?!

{before it got really hot}

It was early enough before it got really hot but I think we all needed showers or a dip in the lake after this one! Both "N"s mom and I used to hang out at this location when we were in high school. Today the park was quiet and peaceful. Definitely not what I remember from high school!
